Wonderful stay here. From booking the reservation with Whitney to checked in by welcoming Tia, and Shantay making sure we had extra toiletries and providing recommendations for dining options- this was a great stay. The free hot breakfast was delightful- not fancy but every thing u need to start your day. Clean rooms and facilities. Unfortunately there was a broken down elevator that they are fixing, but it was not a long wait for the one functional elevator in the building. Totally recommend this place. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

We stay here several times a year while traveling back & forth from NJ & Florida by way of the Delmarva Peninsula. This hotel is out of the Norfolk traffic, clean and the beds & bedding are very nice. Beautiful breakfast room with a very nice breakfast & some nice touches like iced lemon pound cake & chocolate almond streusel pound cake. The staff is friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed our over night stay & highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

After a nightmare experience at a DIFFERENT hotel, Sabrina and her staff at this Hampton Inn were WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was kind, great variety at breakfast, and the rooms and pool were clean. Housekeeping was great, efficient and polite. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My family stayed 4 nights here and never once received room service. We had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper and never got extra towels. Our trash was overflowing. Not only that, but none of the staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed uninterested in anything. When I booked the room, I reserved connecting rooms. I asked the lady to make sure we had those and she said this hotel doesn’t have any connecting rooms. I told her that when I booked it they did. She repeated that they didn’t have them. When we got to our rooms, they were in fact connecting. The price when I booked the two rooms and the price they charged my card was $60+ different. I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh coffee going in the lobby 24/7, was a great stay.

This hotel looks amazing from the outside, but will soon disappoint. The internet connection in the rooms is abysmal, and I'm not talking about the speed. There is almost no signal strength on the 4th floor and getting any kind of work done on a laptop is impossible when you can't even get enough reception to log into their service. Based on this fact alone I would recommend finding a better hotel that understands that internet connection is more of a necessity these days especially for the grand price tag of almost $200 a night. To top it off the threshold in my room is not attached and tries to kill you everytime you walk in. I expect better from Hilton this is disappointing. So much so I booked a different hotel for the extension I needed out here.

This hotel has BED BUGS! I stayed there a few days. The second morning my body was itchy but I thought you know it could be anything. My last night there I noticed one down in the lobby on the curtains. the next morning my whole upper body was covered in bed bug bites. I have huge red bites that are raised all over my arms, back, chest, stomach and it’s extremely uncomfortable
